1. This offer is available to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents, holding a Mastercard® credit card issued by Santander, HSBC, mbna, Danske Bank, John Lewis Partnership or M&S Bank which is compatible with the Samsung Pay app (“Compatible Card”).
2. Under 18s will require guardian/parental consent to take part.
3. To participate, Santander, HSBC, mbna, Danske Bank, John Lewis Partnership or M&S Bank Mastercard cardholders must be in possession of a Samsung Galaxy smartphone that is compatible with the Samsung Pay app and hold a Samsung account.
4. The offer will be available during a series of five Promotional Periods on five consecutive Mondays commencing 02/04/2018:
- Promotional Period 1 (“PP1”) – 04:30 on 02/04/2018 to 04:29 on 03/04/2018
- Promotional Period 2 (“PP2”) – 04:30 on 09/04/2018 to 04:29 on 10/04/2018
- Promotional Period 3 (“PP3”) – 04:30 on 16/04/2018 to 04:29 on 17/04/2018
- Promotional Period 4 (“PP4”) – 04:30 on 23/04/2018 to 04:29 on 24/04/2018
- Promotional Period 5 (“PP5”) – 04:30 on 30/04/2018 to 04:29 on 01/05/2018
5. To redeem the offer, cardholders must use their Compatible Card with the Samsung Pay app for pay as you go travel on bus, Tube, tram, DLR, London Overground, TfL Rail, Emirates Air Line, Gatwick Express and most National Rail services in London during PP1, PP2, PP3, PP4 and/or PP5.
6. The offer entitles cardholders to receive a refund against their pay as you go travel costs made with a Compatible Card with the Samsung Pay app on bus, Tube, tram, DLR, London Overground, TfL Rail, Emirates Air Line, Gatwick Express and most National Rail services in London to a maximum value of £32.50 per cardholder, per PP1, PP2, PP3, PP4 and PP5. The offer is as stated and nothing else is included.
7. Total refunds across all Promotional Periods will be capped at £65,000. Once this cap has been reached, no further refunds will be processed.
8. The refund will take up to 28 working days from the end of each Promotional Period to appear in the Mastercard cardholder’s account. Please note that the refund will be posted to the cardholder’s account by their issuing bank and will be dependent on Mastercard having processed the relevant transactions. Any queries relating to delayed or missing refunds must be raised within 2 months of the close of Promotional Period 5. Queries can be raised by sending an email to mastercard.promotions@biggroup.co.uk.
9. All qualifying journeys must be paid for using a Compatible Card with the Samsung Pay app.
10. Cardholders who use their Compatible Card with the Samsung Pay app must have an active account, with the requisite funds to cover their TfL travel costs during PP1, PP2, PP3, PP4 and PP5.
11. To qualify for the offer, cardholders must use their Compatible Card with the Samsung Pay app to touch in on a yellow card reader at the start of each journey and touch out at the end of each journey made on Tube, DLR, London Overground, TfL Rail, Gatwick Express, Emirates Air Line and most National Rail services in London (or any combination of these) and at intermediate points where required. On buses and trams cardholders only need to touch in at the start of their journey.
12. Excludes travel on Thames Clipper River Bus services.
13. Offer is subject to the TfL Contactless Payment Cards Conditions of Use located at www.tfl.gov.uk/terms.
14. Offer subject to normal availability.
15. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion.
16. To the fullest extent possible in law, neither the Samsung group of companies (“Samsung”), Mastercard or any agencies involved in this offer will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by any matters relating to this offer. Samsung is not responsible for the ability of any cardholder to redeem the offer, or the issue of refunds under the offer. Any issues regarding redemption and refunds should be directed to the Promoter. By redeeming this offer, Mastercard cardholders will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
17. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

1. This offer is available to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) residents aged 18 or over, holding a Mastercard® credit card issued by Santander, HSBC, mbna, John Lewis Partnership or M&S Bank which is compatible with the Samsung Pay app (“Compatible Card”).
2. To participate, Santander, HSBC, mbna, John Lewis Partnership or M&S Bank Mastercard cardholders must be in possession of a Samsung Galaxy smartphone that is compatible with the Samsung Pay app and hold a Samsung account.
3. The offer will be available between 00:00 (BST) on 02/04/2018 – 23:59 (BST) on 30/04/2018, or until all eGifts have been claimed, whichever occurs first (“Promotional Period”).
4. 5,000 eGifts are available during the Promotional Period.
5. To redeem the offer, cardholders must make five (5) transactions using their Compatible Card with Samsung Pay during the Promotional Period. Once five (5) transactions have been made, a £10 Costa Coffee eGift will automatically appear in the ‘Promotions/vouchers’ section of Samsung Pay.
6. All five (5) transactions must be made using the same Compatible Card.
7. This offer entitles eligible Mastercard cardholders to a £10 eGift which can be redeemed at participating Costa Coffee locations within England, Scotland and Wales only. eGifts will not be valid at Proud To Serve, Motorway or Express locations.
8. The eGift must be used in a participating Costa Coffee location before 23:59 (BST) on 31/08/2018.
9. Only one £10 eGift can be claimed per Samsung device, regardless of the number of Compatible Cards uploaded into Samsung Pay.
10. The eGift can be redeemed against any purchase at participating Costa Coffee locations in England, Scotland and Wales only. If the transaction is over £10 when the cardholder redeems the eGift, the cardholder will need to pay the difference. If the transaction is under £10, the remaining balance can be applied to a future transaction.
11. Costa Coffee staff reserve the right to refuse the offer to any customer where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.

1. This promotion is available to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents, holding a UK Mastercard® credit card issued by Santander, HSBC, mbna, John Lewis Partnership or M&S Bank which is compatible with the Samsung Pay app (“Compatible Card”).
2. The promotion will run from 00:00 on 05/03/2018 to 23:59 on 29/04/2018 inclusive (“Promotional Period”).
3. To participate, cardholders must use their Compatible Card with Samsung Pay, to make a valid transaction during the Promotional Period.
4. Only valid when a Compatible Card is uploaded into the Samsung Pay app.
5. Samsung Galaxy smartphone compatible with Samsung Pay is required.
6. For each valid transaction Mastercard will donate the value of five school meals to the World Food Programme, up to a maximum of £40,000.00. The average price of one WFP school meal is equivalent to £0.20.
7. The WFP is the world’s largest humanitarian organization fighting hunger. WFP delivers food assistance in emergencies and works with communities around the world to improve nutrition and build resilience.
