Eligibility
- This promotion is open to holders of a Mastercard® card issued by a UK financial institution with an Android Pay™ compatible device (Android ™ 4.4 operating system or above and NFC enabled).
- Under 18’s will require guardian/parental consent to take part.
- Offer only valid when using a Mastercard card with Android Pay.
- The offer will be available during a series of eight Promotional Periods on four consecutive Mondays commencing 03/10/2016:
- Promotional Period 1 (“PP1”) – TfL Travel Offer – 04:30 on 03/10/2016 to 01:00 on 04/10/2016
- Promotional Period 2 (“PP2”) – TfL Travel Offer – 04:30 on 10/10/2016 to 01:00 on 11/10/2016
- Promotional Period 3 (“PP3”) – TfL Travel Offer – 04:30 on 17/10/2016 to 01:00 on 18/10/2016
- Promotional Period 4 (“PP4”) – TfL Travel Offer – 04:30 on 24/10/2016 to 01:00 on 25/10/2016
- Promotional Period 5 (“PP5”) – Caffè Nero Coffee Offer – 00:00 to 23:59 on 03/10/2016

Transport for London Travel Offer - To redeem the offer, cardholders must use their Mastercard card with Android Pay for pay as you go travel on bus, Tube, tram, DLR, London Overground, TfL Rail, Emirates Air Line, Thames Clippers River Bus, Gatwick Express and most National Rail services in London during PP1, PP2, PP3 and/or PP4.
- The offer entitles cardholders to receive a refund against their pay as you go travel costs made with a Mastercard card with Android Pay on bus, Tube, tram, DLR, London Overground, TfL Rail, Emirates Air Line, Thames Clippers River Bus, Gatwick Express and most National Rail services in London to a maximum value of £30.50 per cardholder, per PP1, PP2, PP3 and PP4. The offer is as stated and nothing else is included.
- The refund will take up to 28 working days from the end of each Promotional Period to appear in the Mastercard cardholder’s account. Please note that the refund will be posted to the cardholder’s account by their issuing bank and will be dependent on Mastercard having processed the relevant transactions. Any queries relating to delayed or missing refunds must be raised within 2 months of the close of Promotional Period 4.
- All qualifying journeys must be paid for using a UK Mastercard card with Android Pay.
- Cardholders who use Mastercard with Android Pay must have an active account, with the requisite funds to cover their TfL travel costs during PP1, PP2, PP3 and PP4.
- To qualify for the offer, you must touch your Android Pay device on a yellow card reader at the start and end of each journey made on Tube, DLR, London Overground, TfL Rail, Gatwick Express, Emirates Air Line, Thames Clippers River Bus and most National Rail services in London (or any combination of these) and at intermediate points where required. On buses and trams you must only touch in at the start of your journey.
- Offer is subject to the TfL Contactless Payment Cards Conditions of Use located at www.tfl.gov.uk/terms.
- This offer entitles Mastercard cardholders to one any-size Espresso, Caffè Latte, Cappuccino, Americano, Caffè Mocha, Flat White, Standard Hot Chocolate or Tea.
- Offer excludes additional syrups, extras, speciality drinks, cold drinks and all other food or beverage items.
- To redeem the offer, cardholders can visit any Caffè Nero shop or express outlet in England, Wales and Scotland during PP5, PP6, PP7 or PP8:
- When ordering the free coffee only, cardholders must present their Mastercard loaded within Android Pay to the Barista when ordering.
- When ordering the free coffee with additional items, cardholders must present their Mastercard loaded within Android Pay and then tap to pay for any additional items with their Mastercard with Android Pay.
- Maximum 1 coffee per cardholder per PP5, PP6, PP7 and PP8.
- Anyone using someone else’s Android Device or attempting to redeem the offer more than once during either PP5, PP6, PP7 and/or PP8 will be refused the free coffee.
- Caffè Nero staff reserve the right to ask a customer to show the verifying email address within the Android Pay app, proof of ID and/or the relevant Mastercard card if they have any concerns regarding the authenticity of the customer.
- Caffè Nero staff reserve the right to refuse the offer to any customer where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.
- Offers subject to normal availability.
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion.
- To the fullest extent possible in law, neither Mastercard nor agencies involved in this promotion will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to this promotion.
- By redeeming these offers, Mastercard cardholders will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
- Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
- In exceptional circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or withdraw the offer at any stage.

By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

Eligibility
- This prize draw is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 or over, holding a Mastercard card issued by a UK financial institution, excluding employees and their immediate families of Mastercard, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw.
- The prize draw will run from 26/09/2016 to 23:59 on 30/10/2016 inclusive (“Promotional Period”).
- In order to participate, Mastercard cardholders must be in possession of an Android device that is compatible with Android Pay.
Entry Requirements - To enter the prize draw, cardholders must make a purchase with their UK Mastercard credit and/or debit card in Android Pay during the Promotional Period.
- Cardholders will gain 1 entry into the prize draw for every purchase made in Android Pay during the Promotional Period.
- Incomplete or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Mastercard (the “Promoter”) takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
Prizes and Fulfilment - All entries must be received before 23:59 on 30/10/2016 to be entered into the prize draw.
- One prize will be available during the Promotional Period. The prize package is for two adults.
- Trip to Priceless New York
- Transport between home and the London airport (total allowance £400). The London airport will be chosen by the Promoter.

- The prize is as stated and nothing else is included. All other costs and expenses in taking up the prize, including but not limited to, telephone charges, room service, additional spending money and any other incidental expenses are the winner’s and guest’s own responsibility.
- Trip to Priceless New York
- Winner Selection and Notification: The prize draw will take place under the supervision of an independent adjudicator who will randomly select the winner. The winner will be the first entrant drawn whose name and eligibility can be verified with the entrant’s issuing financial institution. Any individual’s entry or win is subject to any prior agreement with his/her financial institution regarding participation in such activity. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 28 days of the Closing Date.
- The winner will have 14 days from first being contacted to:
- Acknowledge the prize via the instructions in the winning notification
- Confirm they wish to accept the prize
- Provide evidence that the winner and their guest have the required travel documentation (including but not limited to valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining after the return date, Visas) to be able to travel before 30/11/2017.
Failure to do this will result in the prize being forfeit and the Promoter may at its absolute discretion award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original winner or dispose of the prize at its discretion without liability to the winner. The decision of the Promoter is final.
- The winner and their guest must be available to travel before 30/11/2017, excluding Christmas, Easter and all bank holidays. Travel to New York is also excluded during New York Fashion Week. All dates are subject to availability. Failure to be able to travel during this time will result in the prize being forfeit and the Promoter may at its absolute discretion dispose of the prize without liability to the winner.
- The Promoter will not accept responsibility for hotels, transport or excursions being unavailable, withdrawn or amended. In the event of this the Promoter will endeavour to find a suitable alternative.
- The winner and their guest must hold valid passports with at least 6 months’ validity remaining after the return date. Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or their guest fail to obtain the required travel documentation.
- Comprehensive travel insurance is included in the prize; however it does not cover pre-existing medical conditions and has an upper age limit of 79 years. In the event that, upon the winner applying for the cover, cover is not granted, the winner must seek adequate cover for the travelling party from another insurer. This will be the prize winner’s responsibility and proof of such insurance will be required prior to departure. A cash contribution, equivalent to the cost of the cover declined, will be made directly to the winner upon presentation of proof of the requisite cover.
- There is no cash or other alternative for the prize in whole or in part except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value at the choosing and discretion of the Promoter.
- The winner and guest must be aged 18 or over.
Other Important Information - All travel, accommodation and other products and services provided to the prize winner and their guest will be provided subject to the terms and conditions of each such provider. The Promoter will not have any liability in relation thereto, and any dispute arising from travel, accommodation or services must be taken up with such providers.
- The winner takes part in the prize at their own risk and to the fullest extent allowed by law; the Promoter accepts no liability with regard to such prizes whatsoever. The Promoter will have no liability in relation to the conduct of the winner or their guest, nor in connection with any circumstances outside its control with respect to the prize. The winner is subject to the policies and terms and conditions of the tickets, services and vouchers which form part of their prize.
- To the fullest extent possible in law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or injury caused by the prize or in any matter arising out of the Prize Draw or the enjoyment of the prize.
General - Prize winner’s full name and county is available by sending a self-addressed envelope to ‘Mastercard – Android Pay – Priceless Cities – Promotion Winner’, PO Box 31586, London, W11 4YB or by emailing Mastercard.promotions@biggroup.co.uk within three months of the Closing Date.
- The winner and their guest agree to participate in related publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion without further recompense. This may include but is not limited to photographs taken which may be used for publicity purposes. By entering this promotion, the winner and their guest grant the Promoter the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, publicly display, perform, transmit, exhibit and reproduce their name, statements, video, voice, recordings, interviews, photographs or other visual or audible representations or likeness, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other material, including without limitation, text, photographs or images in any medium (whether now known or hereafter invented) including, but not limited to the internet and other electronic and social media and for any and all purposes, publicity, promotion, packaging and trade throughout the world without restriction as to manner, frequency or duration of use or any other purpose whatsoever in connection with this promotion or in connection with the marketing of the products of the Promoter, or otherwise. The winner and their guest further agree that all materials produced pursuant to the rights set out above shall and will remain the property of the Promoter.
- Sale, transfer or exchange of any part of the prize package is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange the prize will result in the prize being withdrawn by the Promoter and the prize will be declared null and void.
- The Promoter will not be held responsible for the prize winner and/or guest not taking advantage of the prize due to health or any other reason.
- The prize must be taken by the winner in person unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.
- If there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion invalidate the relevant prize and disqualify the entrant from the promotion.
- To the fullest extent possible in law, neither Mastercard nor agencies involved in this promotion will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to this promotion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winner and to refuse to award the prize or withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
- The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect to participants to avoid undue disappointment.
- Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Your participation in the Promotion is voluntary. The entity responsible for the collection and use of your personal data in the context of the Promotion is Mastercard Europe Services Limited, 10 Upper Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5NP, UK. Your personal data, such as: first name, surname, email address, and phone number, is only processed for the purposes of participating in the Promotion and notifying the winner. The winner will also be required to provide their home address in order to deliver the prize. Data will be deleted in max. 3 months after the end of the Promotion.
- You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to privacy@priceless.com. Your personal data is stored in the UK and is not shared with third parties except for the above purposes with Mastercard's service provider Big Group, in accordance with applicable law. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time, but will no longer be able to participate.
